It pairs well over bluetooth (I have a Sony Xperia Z), but taking photos is a bit of a problem. There's no app for this, I had to reconfigure the phone's camera to take photos by pressing the gain/attenuation buttons (zoom +/-), and then it works (via BT the button on the stick actually zooms you in). It's a cheaper version of the selfie stick, good for the money (no strap, no extra storage, I haven't tested the stamina for taking photos etc. ).

If you replace the two screws, the holder is great. But in the delivered state it was downright dangerous and threatened to break the phone.
I have to agree with the previous reviews - the holder is dangerous! Perhaps it was just a defective batch. Two screws, which can be found under the rubber washer in the middle of which is a silver screw (see. picture) are short and make the holder break into two parts. I almost dropped my phone. Luckily I noticed it in time and since I was buying this holder as a replacement for the old one, I was able to replace the screws with the ones from the original holder and now everything works fine. That's why I'm not even going to claim the holder, it's not worth the trouble.
