The printer is constantly having network problems. It takes 1 hour to print one simple page. I have to restart the printer at least 5 times for the HP Smart app to connect to it. I don't recommend it at all.

This is the second printer from HP that I am very unhappy with because it simply does not print when you need it to. When you want a cheap printer, you expect it to be connected mainly via cable, but it will be reliable. They've got it completely different here- it's connected through everything, but none of it works. It simply has too many features that nobody wants (or uses) and don't work properly, instead of doing reliably what 95% of users want from a printer.
When it prints, it prints in decent quality.

Extremely unreliable- you never know if it's going to print or not. Everything is controlled by software, but it doesn't work at all.
The connection is terrible, everything has to be done through the app, but it is slow and doesn't work. In the end I had to buy a cable, and even with the cable the printing is not working, which I don't understand how anyone can make such a printer
The price is low of course because the cartridges are extremely expensive, HP tries to compensate for this by offering something like a flat monthly subscription, where the idea is that you pay every month (e.g. 50 pages of printing costs 170kč) and every few weeks they send you to the address of the cartridge with ink
In practice, then, all the arranging and clearing in this app is virtually impossible for a normal person, as (despite having a good, new, fast phone) every time you make a change the window gets stuck and you wait on average 3-7 minutes for the next one to load. I believe HP communicates with its own database using carrier pigeons.
With a subscription you have the option of about a 3 month free period, so I entered a credit card that had no money on it. And then when I decided I wanted to keep using the service, I sent enough money for 1 month. So they couldn't charge the card for another month. They sent me a notification and an email, but they didn't have the payment instructions that a normal person would put in, just some kind of prompt. So of course I sent enough money to the card in question and went into the app expecting to see a button like "pay". No, it's not. A red notification pops up saying that the payment has not been made, and the only option (which you have to click through to) is "change payment method" - that is, change card. I tried this option three times, and each time it took about half an hour, and I spent about 2 minutes filling it out. In the end, my girlfriend had to use her card and somehow we managed to pay for ink for our own printer.
I didn't mention that when you have ink cartridges in your printer and you want to print, the printer first connects to the internet, then to the database and checks what cartridges it has in it. Well, if they're subscription tapes, they'll check to see if you have an active subscription. Well, when the system sees that you haven't paid (even if you're trying really hard) you simply CAN'T PRINT.
Furthermore, the printing speed is slower. Which you'd expect from an inkjet printer. Especially when you print tables, or e.g. frames, it takes her a while because the head flies from side to side.
Otherwise, the printer and app settings were terrible too
