I'm not a high-end specialist but I still rate the headphones as fine and excellent for the office, movies, etc. Sounds good to me. It fits on my head but pushes me, after all, the headphone's wheelbase (even after extension) is let's say for people up to 180cm and their head size. I measure more and so the headphones are already pushing me when listening for longer (they pinch my head, ears). The control buttons are hard to get used to, they are not quite ergonomically placed so you are looking for what to press (in the head position). Noise cancelling works but at the beginning I was a bit sick of it. It doesn't push everything 100% but it's significant. As someone already wrote at low volumes or passages without music, noise cancellation can be annoying for some.

The only usable mode is ANC, where the sound quality is reasonable. If you switch to Smart Ambient or turn off the modes altogether, the sound is terribly tinny and even the equalizer doesn't help. A big disappointment for me. I returned the headphones.
