Stainless steel used on knives can be a problem even on much more expensive knives, Fiskars for example sometimes has even worse steel on their knives.
So I recommend to buy despite a few drawbacks.
The material was not spared, the blade is strong
The knife is well made
For the price of just over 100Kč a great buy
Not for use in the dishwasher! (Used plastic probably won't last long term, and even steel can have problems with some agents)
The stainless steel used is a little suspect, but stainless it is.
Poizity plastic probably won't last "forever" either.
