Absolute disappointment. This touchless bin has been a problem from the start. The lid stopped working after a few weeks, followed by three complaints - each time the same electronics problem. Instead of the product fulfilling its basic function, I have worn it more for claims than I have used it. After the third complaint I withdrew from the purchase contract because this really makes no sense. No pluses, no buts - just frustration and wasted time. I don't recommend it.
