This is exactly what this product does. I simply set the percentage and the device solves it by itself.
Yes, you have to empty the bowl and there is no possibility to attach hoses, but I don't mind because the place where I have to put it doesn't allow water drainage anyway.
I can't complain about the function. It pulls out at least 5 litres per day (and it only runs in the evening, after the dishwasher is boiling and running - during the day it just tests the air).
The effect is that before that the stress windows were fogged up so that they dripped. Now, after a row, there appears about a centimeter of condensation in the corner, which disappears during the day as the light starts to shine in the windows. Even in the room at the opposite end of the apartment, where the door is usually closed, the condensation is less than it was.
As far as the filter is concerned, it is probably objectively a good thing, but subjectively I don't know any difference.
It works great: set it, forget it.
