It warms up nicely and really helped me with the pain, I didn't believe it much at first, but I was recommended to try the mountain sun and I have to say it's great, now I use it a few times a week for 10-15 min as recommended and I can already feel the change, especially in my joints but it also helped with my colds and phlegm (I'm allergic). For the price I have nothing to complain about and I recommend it.

I was once in the hospital with blocked sinuses in my head, they sat me down on a table and put an infrared lamp on me that burned like a pig, I was a meter away from it and I was dying from the heat. But it helped. That' s why I decided to buy something like this for my home, I thought I wouldn' t bother with 100W bulbs, I' d buy a 200W one, whatever the power. Well, as I wrote above, weak, although it is warm, but not particularly so, I have to be about 15-20 cm from it to feel something. Terribly weak. But I won' t be returning the product, I put it on my computer chair and the distance allows me to surf the Internet while it' s heating up, so it' s actually just right. I say, it' s a shame that there isn' t a device with an arbitrary timer, easily one hour at a time so that it can be set and with 100, 200, 300W regulation, perhaps by switching three different light bulbs. And preferably on a stand like those big laboratory magnifiers, so that you can put it on a table and then turn it to any position.
