Absolutely brilliant headphones and in the headset version probably the best wired headset in the price range. They have a sound profile to the so-called. v's (strong bass, strong treble) so a very popular sound that most people are used to. (unsuitable for mastering music) Even though they have strong full bass up to sub-bass, unlike cheap bass headphones they don't drown out the mids. The microphone, and the reason why this is the best headset in my opinion, has clear sound capturing the smallest details, so light audio editing is probably a good idea so it doesn't pick up the sound of the keyboard and mouse. But the voice to keyboard ratio is good enough that even a simple gate is enough. The manufacturer has a sound sample of the microphone on the website (meze boom mic) which corresponds to reality. I wouldn't know from the sound that it's a headset microphone and not a studio microphone.
