If you're charging a device that needs around 65W, the adapter starts to get very hot and stops charging.
So I wouldn't recommend it for laptops.

I wanted a small, light charger for my laptop. I have a work laptop that only needs 60W. With this charger, however, both the BIOS on start-up and Windows report that it is charging at low power. I found that the actual output was only 17W. Despite this, the charger got really hot.
I returned the charger and will look for another one, but it seems it's going to be a bit of a lottery.
At first glance, it looks good
The Dell notebook charges slowly
Gets very hot even on a low power setting.

Charges a Motorola phone quickly, just gets a little hot, but that might be because of the heat (August 2026)
