At first, the app didn't see the lamp at all. When I was about to return it I decided to try my own cable and everything started to work. Planning would need some serious fine-tuning. The On function turns on the default colour and default intensity etc. not the last. So literally every little detail has to be set up every time you turn it on you end up with four lines of automation just to turn it on at a given time.
I haven't understood the control via the touch buttons yet and I have the feeling that they don't work as they should. The only thing I use is the middle cycle button which fortunately turns the lamp on in the last set mode
