I recommend cleaning it after each use - I spray the entire container on the Vincent with 10% vinegar. I let it work. I put water and vinegar in a small pot, and cook for approx. 10 minutes. Otherwise, you won' t get it, the water heater settles very quickly and then loses power rapidly. Before I figured it out! 😃
