The covers are very poorly made, or the quality control is very poor. I claimed the first cover I received because of visible defects and sharp edges that cut into my hand. Resolved by replacing the new product, but the newly arrived (i.e. already 2. ) cover had similar defects and in addition to the phone does not hold, therefore does not perform even the basic function of the cover - to protect the phone. Alza stood back on this second complaint, refused to replace it and sent the cover to an "authorized service" where nothing has happened for over 3 weeks. The phone was pre-ordered and I had to wait 2 weeks longer because of the cover. In the end, Alza forgot to include the cover in the order. Now Alza is making monkeys with the complaint and potentially deliberately punishing me for a second product complaint already. Now for the 4th week I have to have a delayed phone without a cover. Shame from both OnePlus and Alza (with Alza this is my first problem, but quite annoying). A real clown show.
