I would probably buy Philips again, definitely not this model, Alza settles claims without problems, but I really don't trust it anymore, so I'm disappointed that they didn't refund my money last time.

After 4 years, the brush had to be disassembled and the bolt at the mandrel tightened, the gap between the coil and the magnet had to be restored and the battery had to be replaced.
We are very satisfied with the brush. Cleaning is significantly more thorough than with a classic toothbrush - plaque disappears perfectly, and you really feel clean teeth as after dental hygiene. Holds habits well thanks to timers and different modes.
