Overall a lot of overqualification (mainly because of the price), after a small EQ adjustment I would expect the price to be about 40% higher. Unfortunately for communication (prip. playing and talking) headphones are not ("gaming headsets" I absolutely ignore, it's all blinking rubbish, I use solo microphone to the console and headphones without mic. ). If you are buying them to listen to music or watch a movie in an area where you have to be quiet or vice versa in a noisy environment, you will definitely be satisfied. But if it's for anything else, look elsewhere.

for listening and watching movies in quiet/noisy environments (fully enclosed headphone design)
gentle but firm adjustment of the headphone length (you don't have to struggle with the device)
unusable for communication and music listening/playing purposes (again - fully closed design - you hear yourself because of the resonance from the headphones and your head - like having a metal bucket on top of your head)
if you suffer from a cheap head you will sweat in these
slightly smaller size (for me it seemed like 95% of the ideal)
twisted cable (I hate "telephone lines" - it always pulls somewhere and even if you could have about 2m of cable you actually have only 60cm)
