The sound through BT is just terrible (through the cable is listenable, but because of this you do not buy headphones). ANC then further mucks up the sound beyond listening.
Massive bass is spilling over mids and highs = overall thickened, not very clear sound. Built-in EQ does not help.

No support for better BT codecs (LDAC etc.), which is surprising for ANC headphones
