While it's nice that you can set the power exactly in 200W increments, or the temperature exactly, it really means that it only puts out the full 2000W with bigger breaks. Which is the design of induction and not entirely the fault of this product, but at 2000W it means you don't get even cooking. The water bubbles up wonder doesn't jump out the window, then it shuts off and the water doesn't boil, and then the whole cycle repeats. So just because you set it to 100C doesn't mean much. A high bottom helps, but I prefer a regular stove for cooking. I wouldn't mind this so much, I bought it for the powerful induction so I could get the Wok properly hot and for it to quickly come back up to high temperature after adding ingredients. And here's the biggest problem, and that's overheating. Even if I have only 1600W or 180C(of 240C) and leave the wok laid down for a long time it starts beeping and shuts down. In order to cook I have to keep the wok resting on one edge so it doesn't overheat. And this is a wok with a smaller bottom than the recommended largest pan. It's completely unusable with a larger cast pan. I don't recommend it.
