Absolutely perfect first phone for a child (10-12), an undemanding user or for older parents. Works beautifully, looks great - and most importantly, low price. Includes parental control settings, child mode, a ton of visual settings. Plus long Android OS support, up to 2030, and great battery life too - it lasts all day, often more, depending on usage. The display is richly colored, bright, controls super. The camera also has a fun mode, which my daughter loves. The phone is fast enough for browsing, apps and gaming. A great selection of apps - and again with parental controls. Surprisingly the plastic back looks absolutely great and fits for a child's activity. Plus there is a wide range of covers available as an add-on purchase.

I bought the phone for my wife as a replacement for last year's Samsung A05s, which was purchased on 15/7/4/24 no. Contracts 505412744, and has since been in warranty 4 times for the same defect. The first time it was supposedly repaired and no further claims acknowledged, although the signal still drops out and the phone says "emergency calls only". The SIM card in this new phone works, it was not the cause of the fault. I was very disappointed with the approach of both Alza and Samsung to the complaint. I would expect reputable companies to replace the product with a faultless one or refund my money. I bought a new one because I assumed the claim would be handled positively. Instead of a working phone, I got an internet browser for 3200 CZK when connected to wifi. Isn't that not enough? Now I can only pray that this new phone works, because clearly both of these companies don't care about customer satisfaction.
