Before this one, I had an old, basic lever machine from De'Longhi and it doesn't compare to this. I was expecting more comfort though.

The milk container isn't dishwasher-safe (I put it in and it cracked.)
The milk container is difficult to wash, it gets scratched by the sponge straight away and the plastic feels very fragile to the touch.
I can't see a replacement container available to buy :( You can get one through a competitor (380 CZK).
The capsule seems easy to clean, but only on the outside. In reality, you can't get inside, so God knows what's going on in there :(
After a while, some water remains around the water tank and limescale builds up there.
For the price, I expected a better machine :(. After a while, I can see it has a high rate of complaints here too.

And this SENCOR Marco Polo SCC 3000BK coffee machine caught our eye. We do not regret our purchase at all, because coffee, cappuccino and latte are prepared very intuitively thanks to the control buttons with pictures of the desired drink. Compared to a vending machine, it doesn't take up as much space on our kitchen counter. And the coffee from the capsules, if you adjust the volume of water and milk correctly, is also very good. Now only time will tell how long it will last. We are very happy with this coffee machine and can highly recommend it.
