After 10 days of making a blender smell from the blender. Complaint resolved by refund of course because the product is no longer on sale and no refund of shipping. And in the complaint there is no option to choose what you want to do with the product, whether to return the money or to replace it no one asked me anything and logically I figured that if the product costs 600 crowns more than before so why would they replace it. One plus complaint was resolved within 2 days.

The blender has 28000 revolutions, is protected by a thermal fuse which switches the unit off if the raw materials are processed for more than 3 minutes of continuous operation. You then need to wait 30 minutes for the engine to cool down. The engine needs to be cooled and protected against overheating.
