Very bad experience. Product - poor quality. It shows no damage. Each time, the left handset broke down. An alibi for the service: During testing, mechanical damage to the device was detected (e.g. cracked display, broken connector, damaged device body). This damage is not covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and therefore the claim cannot be accepted.

Really nice sound and great comfort. But I can't imagine that these are my only headphones. They're perfect for the office, home in silence, a walk in the woods. But next to the road you will hear the music badly and the podcast will not make sense at all, there the earbuds will be better. For someone who walks around town with headphones, these are completely inappropriate. In a quiet environment, it's possible to have them on your ears for hours and forget if the music is coming from the headphones or from somewhere on the speakers. They offer a really clear sound, the bass may be weaker than the plugs, but it's definitely not lacking. I can compare with linkbuds from Sony (the original ones with the donut speaker) and the shokz sound is completely different, much better. So for me I definitely recommend it, but beware of the flaws mentioned above, they are definitely not for everyone.
