So I am absolutely thrilled with these headphones. I should point out that I only bought them for swimming purposes, other models are definitely more suitable for normal listening. Until now, I had the SONY NW-WS413 for swimming, which are classic MP3 headphones in waterproof design, so I can compare with this classic model. Compared to the Sony, the sound is much more pronounced when swimming, I had to have the Sony at maximum volume, the Shokz can just be used at normal volume. In the water, you have the option of using the headphones alone or in combination with earplugs (included) - both are comfortable, so it's up to your preference. With Sony, I've had them fall out of my ears during swimming (once water enters the ear, nothing can be heard), get stuck in my cap, or get pulled out of the special swimming tips (they stayed in my ears, once one even floated away) - none of these things are a risk with Shokz headphones. 🙂 They also have a very nice app for the complete setup of the headphones, on the other hand they have less control buttons on them than Sony, so I would add a couple of them, but it's easy to get used to, everything you need is set and controlled with different double keys etc. There could be a protrusion on the buttons, which would help to identify the button better. Without the app, you can also switch modes and folders in MP3 mode (some reviews say you can't). The headphones plug into a cradle that has a USB-C connector, so they can be connected to newer iPhones directly (they show up in Files as a drive), and they also charge when connected to an iPhone (Sony can do this too). You may need to buy an adapter to connect it to your computer, but I imported the music via cable from my iPhone. The earplugs are nice, I didn't even know about them, but I didn't mind swimming without them. The case is awesome, rubber with holes to dry. Summing up - the sound is great, with the Sony it faded out in proportion to the immersion (higher depth, weaker listening), listening through the bone doesn't have that, the controls a bit messy, but it's just a matter of habit. I can only recommend them, they are worth it and they will also suit for running and other sports.
