I have only used the wax warmer for private use for a few months, once a month (max an hour and a half). The whole execution was rather poor. Gradually the white plastic rim around the metal containers began to melt and the plastic leaked into the wax. Eventually the strainer, or rather the plastic holder, broke and also melted and deformed under the influence of heat. I have used the heater minimally, I can't imagine how using it more often or in a professional studio would turn out. Unfortunately I cannot recommend it, I have returned the product.
