I Bout this 1y ago and the first 2 mounth it works widout a proble. After a wile at 3-4 mounth the buttery started to drain rappidly on left side, the right side charged just fine. And turned out you CAN'T chane the buttery and you will not get you'r hard earn cash back. So i do NOT recomend Buying it. [I do not drop or done out of intendded use of this produckt]

Never buying this again. Sticking with apple air pods pro. Maybe sound quality is not as good but it is so much more convenient to use.

They're too big and heavy, they hurt my ears and ear canal, even with the smallest earbuds. The headphones make noise which is very annoying. I found nothing positive and was disappointed with such an expensive product. I came back. back, everything was quick and easy. 1* to Alza for this.

Very high quality headphones from Sony with perfect sound and LDAC support. Another very important point is the ANC, which can also handle the meter very well. I had to return the first pair of headphones because of an ANC fault. There was a terrible noise and crackling coming from the right earpiece. With the other headphones I tried to get used to them, but I always had to take a break after wearing them for a while. Unfortunately, I had to return the headphones. If they fit in your ears and don't cause you pain, I can more than recommend these headphones. Since Sony is the top in ANC I will probably replace them with the WH version over the head.
