Pocket size
No need to change batteries - charge with a mobile phone charger
Very good reproduction for such a small size
Reception of DAB stations - clear listening without noise
Antenna integrated in the hanging loop - no retractable rod
An additional detail - the charging diode also serves as an integrated lamp - not very strong, omnidirectional, limited use (e. g. shine a light on the keyhole)
Maybe just too intense blue light when charging the battery
With the buttons, there is very little difference between a short press (selection of stored stations) and a long press (storing stations to presets). But it' s a habit.

The device is very small. Good. It's red in colour, that's certainly not a difference in characteristics.
It can also play very loud with excellent sound. It has 2 built-in speakers.
You can also select English for the display.
LED selects from 3 colours - discharged, charging, charged. In addition, it can illuminate white.
But it doesn't meet the main thing - low FM and DAB sensitivity. And that's because it doesn't have a rod antenna, just a wire woven into a loop.
Apparently, it is suitable for the city where there are strong transmitter signals. Which a small town doesn't have.
Or is it a random piece of junk, this purchased piece?

Small but powerful, nice design, rechargeable Li-Ion battery, stereo sound.
Slower loading of RDAT information, more complicated selection of stations in memory.

Very good sound
Play flash drive
Very low FM and DAB sensitivity Finds the strongest stations: -(
It has some random playback from the flash drive. The same applies to selecting a file with the buttons
The display does not show the label of the selected file, it is very difficult to find the desired file for playback
Quite slow response and loading

My mum (born 1943) needed a radio because Proglas only plays on DAB+ and to avoid having to listen to it in the kitchen on a sub-line DAB radio, she bought this. 1W of output power is realistically comparable to 50W of plastic rattles. Moreover, my mom listens mostly to the spoken word, and it plays just perfectly, nothing rattles, doesn't fizzle, doesn't rattle (FM just goes silent when it doesn't have a good enough signal). It has no options to control the sound parameters (bass, treble), but they are not needed. Contrary to the instructions the LED just goes off after charging, the instructions say it glows green but it doesn't. Charging is pretty quick and with a red LED warning of the need to charge, it will keep playing for about an hour before shutting down. We have only tried the AUX input and headphone output, they work but we have no use for it. The only problem is with USB audiobook playback, when it starts playing from the beginning after switching off (or discharging). The files on the disk pretend to be in a single directory, so if you load three books on the disk that have chapters named as Chapter 01 file names, it will play the first chapter of all the books and then the second. The solution is to have just one book on the disk, ideally in a basic folder. For the money, it's a great device, absolutely perfect for seniors.
Incredibly small radio
It plays very nicely
Ideal for retirees, simple, set preferences and can listen
If you get tired of the radio, you can listen to audiobooks from a USB drive
The battery lasts relatively long, it plays well for charging
The antenna is in the loop
The display is in Czech (except for some claw marks instead of diacritics) and it is fine readable and backlit
Until it turns off, it remembers the song playing or the chapter from the audiobook on the USB stick
The volume is adjusted only by a wheel (much better solution for seniors than plus and minus buttons like on the speakers)
FM is almost silent and sensitive enough, DAB+ plays perfectly
It has a flashlight, for the elderly, such a feature may come in handy
It's probably originally from PRC, but you can tell it's honest German quality, not comparable to shit from TEMU, allegra, ali-express and other similar distributors of disposable products
It's incredibly lazy - switching stations or sources takes an insanely long time, old tube radios were supposedly much faster
It doesn't have a USB-C connector, but a mini usb, which hasn't been used for years
If the main switch is turned off, the USB drive starts playing from the beginning - so it just stops and then remembers the track even after switching to the radio
The MOD button switches FM - DAB+ - USB over and over again (even when the flash drive is not there) and everything takes an insanely long time, better would be custom targeted buttons for these functions
The blue charging LED glows at the same intensity as the white flashlight, so charging while sleeping is not possible
If the strap breaks off (or the dog eats it, the radio will record)
It doesn't have Bluetooth connectivity - in our case, that's more of an advantage because it's completely unusable for the grandkids and great-grandkids and they leave it completely alone unnoticed

Pretty good sound without and on headphones
Handy, small, e.g. to the hospital
Plays in both VHF and DAB mode
It can also play a flash drive or other audio source
Powered by a rechargeable battery with enough battery life to last all day
Interchangeable pencils might be better in a certain situation
