If you follow the manufacturer's procedure, it spreads beautifully, a lot of people mention that the paste can not be spread but I did two processors and one graphics card and everything went well at first. Only the temperatures compared to the mx-6 haven't changed much at 13600KF. I can definitely recommend it though, the temperatures are not significantly lower but they are holding steady.
