I originally had only one of these routers, but I was forced to buy a second one and set it up as a satellite router, due to the lack of range on the 2nd floor (which is due to the fact that we have a fairly thick reinforced concrete ceiling and the main router is on the bottom floor). I don't think it's the fault of the router itself, and I doubt a more expensive one would solve it. It's just something to keep in mind when planning your home network.

For me it has all the features I would expect from a home splitter + something extra
Before I could set it up as a satellite router, a firmware update was needed
Range (in my case almost no signal on the 2nd floor - the signal had to get through the reinforced concrete ceiling, it was solved only by buying a second router)
I plugged it in, set it up, and it has been working since then with no problems over both lan and wireless connections. There has been no outage since the launch. I had an older router also TP-Link and it worked without problems for several years. But it was already a "retro model", so I replaced it with a new one.
