for the integration of a single device into a Tapo household, for more complex solutions (e.g. whole house) I would recommend looking for something more sophisticated and elaborate (e.g. Shelly, Sonoff, etc. )
connection to phase conductor (without neutral) - suitable for existing distribution systems without the need for modification
Alkaline batteries (2× AAA) included
front side pure white with no distracting elements including LEDs
compared to a regular switch, the button knob is approx. 3 mm larger on each side than the switch frame - perfect for hiding unevenness, but can be a problem if you have multiple switches side by side
I struggled for a while with fitting it into a shallow wiring box - it is a naknop and it would be better if it was about 0.5 cm shallower to fit the wires behind it
the button cannot be set to the default up/down position, when mounted 180° (upside down) the lock gap and the lock itself are visible at a glance
the depth of the button press is only about 3-4mm (you have to get used to the fact that it presses less than other switches)
starting other connected devices (not physically connected) is with a delay of about 1-2s (due to the necessary communication with the hub and from there to the next device), unfortunately it is necessary to solve the logic in this way, e.g. staircase switches (no. 6, 7)
the relay only works by switching on/off positions; it is not possible to switch to switching the contact only when pressing --> e.g. for doorbell or door contact it is necessary to set automation in the application, when after a set time (e.g. 1s) the contact is released again
the dimensions of the inside and outside part (part in the wiring box/part on the surface) cannot be found out in advance [the inside part is about 26 mm deep]

Absolutely great thing, the connection through the smart button, so you can put the "switch" wherever the top is, also with the door sensor
tapo range including apps is the top smart home for the layman

The Tapo series products are nicely thought out, I just don't understand why this switch needs a replaceable battery. WiFi sockets, which are also connected to the El. grids do not need a battery, but it is possible that due to the space there would not fit some transformer for electronics. Otherwise, in combination with the S200 buttons and WiFi bulbs, I no longer have to turn on the whole ceiling light unnecessarily and I can also control the whole thing remotely in case of a simulation that someone is at home (this can also be set automatically)
easy installation and battery replacement
setting and controlling various functions
easy pairing to the entire Tapo system and then to Google home and SmartThings
needs a H100 hub
replaceable battery
