I use in a small insulated workshop 3x4m with concrete floor. If it is 0°C outside like today, I switch on 2000W for 1h, if it is +5°C outside, I switch on 1250W for 45min. In both cases I just temper to 750W. The thermostat is placed underneath, so that if it is placed on the floor, it shows a cold floor of 4°C even though the room is 20°C.
