Without the Unifi Controller you can't manage, even in a limited way, via SSH for example.
It took me a few hours to find the settings in Unifi Controller to select the management VLAN (If anyone searches - Switch -> IP Settings -> Network Override -> Virtual Network).
With VLAN ID from Mikrotik router has no problems. Considering that it costs the same as other, unmanaged 2.5Gbit switches, I can't complain too much. Moreover, out of the box, without configuration, it behaves like a standard unmanaged switch in Access mode.

I'm really intrigued by this switch. When I found out that I can tune it wherever I want, it's a blast. Waves, port mirroring, basic L2 functions. Only this family doesn't support LACP port aggregation, so I'm already looking at the 8port variant, where there is 1x 10GB port. Only alza doesn't offer it ! D
