Although stated in the description, it is not possible to connect two monitors to one device at the same time. Although the Alza description says yes, the manufacturer does not specify this. It only works as a switcher - either one monitor or the other. Not both at the same time.
The description of the functions is misleading!

Unsuitable for the purpose for which it was purchased.
It does NOT work for 2 monitors from 1 laptop, even though the description says "connect two monitors to one power supply". This cannot be done. Ventiontech's website shows that this can't be done either! The description is misleading.

It works bidirectionally, so you can switch inputs, or in reverse connection outputs

A misleading product description that does not clearly state that it cannot do two outputs simultaneously. This information is only found as a warning in the manual. But who reads the manual before buying the goods that.
Cannot output two outputs simultaneously
