I bought it on the basis of some youtube review where a guy described its high efficiency and low price. Low price in this category certainly agrees, efficiency is hard to judge - I charged it 83.7Wh, I stuffed 62.5Wh into the laptop at 20V charging (i.e. 74% efficiency across charging and discharging). I have not yet measured the efficiency of charging the phone with lower voltage.
It contains two "non-standard" 10Ah flat cells, we will see how it will be with the lifetime.
It charges at 20W ([email protected]), i.e. it charges in about 4 hours.
I also charge my laptop (dell latitude), but I don't charge it with 33W but "only" 28W. ([email protected]).
When charging 20V quite warm around the outlet
