I do not recommend this model. It is the severalth piece and always after a few months there are problems when it starts to jam, the station starts to discharge water around it, the station refuses to detect the container with clean water and reports that it is not installed or missing water, etc. Warranty is always a question of whether or not it is honoured and this model should be avoided
I was excited at first, but soon living with this scumbag turned into a nightmare. Water started leaking from the docking station. The valve through which the vacuum cleaner takes water from the tank is not leaking, and if the vacuum cleaner vacuums for a long time after leaving the station, the catch basin for washing the mops fills up and overflows. When this happens when you' re not home, the water sits on the floor all day, so it' s already ruined our floor (wavy beyond repair). The vacuum cleaner is still in that puddle while vacuuming around the station, sucking water into itself and it needs to be completely disassembled and cleaned from the disgusting mixture of mess and water. Soon after the purchase, it was not possible to use it for mopping, except under strict supervision, so that it did not heat us up again. I have already advertised four times. For the first time, I didn' t know where exactly the water was coming from, and the service didn' t acknowledge it, saying that they didn' t notice the problem. The second time, with an accurate description of the defect, they exchanged it for a new piece. On that occasion, I discovered that the warm air drying of the mops did not work on the first vacuum cleaner, because the new one, unlike the old one, heated up when drying. They said they " fixed" it for me the third time by replacing the valve, but the first time I used it after returning from the " repair" it started leaking again. Now for the fourth complaint and I am praying for a refund. This scumbag has already cost me so much time and nerves that I don' t even want to see him anymore. He also has other flies. Sometimes it disconnects from Wifi on its own and requires a complete reset and reconfiguration of the home including all rooms and zone settings. The app has grammatical errors in English that are so bad it doesn' t make sense (e. g. does not distinguish between the words " pause" and " paused" ) and the robo-voice cannot be understood due to a bad accent. The vacuum cleaner has a camera and sensors, but it moves around the apartment as if it were blind. He gets tangled in the cables, calmly crashes into the obstacle directly in front of him at full speed, scrapes his feet against the furniture. I don't recommend it to anyone.
