On an old gaming monitor that I once took second hand (BenQ pancake, 27", 144 Hz, fullHD) I wasn't afraid to stick an LED strip from Aliexpress on the back for a few chups and even though I had a remote control, it was nonstop purple. And so I got used to the ambient (I'm a freak, Philips TV was the obvious choice), until after I bought a new curved UWQHD, 34", 165 Hz, I was trying to figure out how to backlight it, so I wouldn't glue the new monitor with glue from noname Chinese LED tape. So I tried this.
Oh, great. It can be linked to the Razer app, so for me it's great, the settings options are rich, it lights up very nicely and my eyes are in the relaxation zone again. But it's mostly purple anyway: D

As far as I'm concerned, the product itself is great, the only thing I have to criticize is the much truncated PC version where you can't program anything or change effects. All you can do is brightness and color change. I believe it will eventually move from tel to PC so we have a nice user interface.
