I ordered The Witcher 3 Complete Edition for PS5. Unfortunately, I was disappointed after unwrapping it – the disc had a crack running from the centre hole and the console couldn't read it. I understand, however, that Alza couldn't have known this without opening the packaging, and the damage could have happened during shipping. I reported the problem and attached photos as soon as I found it. Alza resolved the issue within a few hours by arranging a replacement and promptly sent me a new copy. This one arrived in perfect condition and is installing right now. I'd really like to thank Alza for such a quick and helpful resolution without any unnecessary complications. Although the first delivery didn't work out, the way they handled the problem made me very happy.
