So you can manually control any Z-Wave device on your network and run preset scenes at the same time. The power supply is flexible as the device supports a range of 110-240 VAC. Using the association function, you can set up direct communication between devices on the local network without using a gateway - up to eight different associations can be linked to individual buttons. Shelly Wave works on Z-Wave
With Z-Wave, smart home products can communicate seamlessly with each other, regardless of brand or platform, thanks to a centralised smart hub. Shelly devices run on the latest generation of Z-Wave chips (S800), one of the most popular standardised smart home technologies in the world. Z-Wave devices have specific requirements for proper operation, such as the need to use a supported Z-Wave hub.

The Wave i4 is retrofitted and designed to fit behind the switches/buttons. Once installed, include the device in your Z-Wave network (Z-Wave gateway required) and control it with your smartphone or tablet. Shelly Qubino devices work with over 4000 Z-Wave certified devices and gateways. Manually activate or deactivate any scene you create, trigger synchronized actions, or execute complex trigger scenarios. Control other Z-Wave devices on your network at the touch of a button. The Wave device offers bulletproof security with Security 2 technology with AES128 encryption to ensure maximum security for your Z-Wave network. At the same time, it excels in extremely low power consumption - most units operate at less than 0.3 W. High compatibility with all certified Z-Wave devices and gateways available on the market ensures a wide range of integration options. Thanks to the signal repeater function, it extends the range of the Z-Wave network up to 40 metres indoors. In addition, the connection is very reliable because the device uses a sub-GHz frequency band that is resistant to interference. Thanks to the SmartStart function, the integration of the device into the Z-Wave network is automatic, making installation much easier.
