Shift

This is the second part of the cult sci-fi saga Silo – how did it all begin? Years ago, a young congressman named Donald Keene was working on a top-secret project: giant residential cylinders buried in the ground, intended merely as a failsafe in case of an unimaginable catastrophe. But surely, there is no imminent threat. Many years later, a hibernating person is awakened in Silo 1. And he begins to remember the past: the story of how people – willingly and tirelessly – destroyed their own world. Unrest is brewing in Silo 18. And Silo 17 has gone silent.
