The built-in 6-axis motion sensor, non-contact temperature sensor, and PPG sensor provide you with exactly the information you need. The Ultrahuman smart ring records your steps and calculates an approximate number of calories burned. The PPG sensor measures your heart rate throughout the day, allowing it to determine your Heart Rate Variability (HRV), a crucial metric for understanding your body's recovery capacity and readiness for exertion. The smart ring, in conjunction with the app, can create a picture of your body clock, showing the connection between a stimulus—such as light exposure, food, or exercise—and changes in your body's circadian rhythm.
