Velbon PH-157Q

This lever-tripod head will make it easier for you to change direction when shooting. The movement in two axes is controlled by one lever and the third by a bolt. The quick-release mechanism will not delay you unnecessarily, so you can start taking a long shot. It is, therefore, primarily intended for carrying. The massive head is made of aluminium, which is lightweight and yet strong enough to stand up in the field. Part of the head is a precision metal quick-release plate QB-157.
