The Xiaomi Mijia Smart Steam Air Fryer enables hybrid steam and fry cooking. It has a 1.5L water tank that provides continuous steam for up to 7 dishes on a single fill. The closed system keeps the steam inside the basket, with condensed water circulating inside. The circulating 360° hot air, combined with dynamic steam, locks in juices and ensures a crispy exterior and a tender interior. The air fryer is equipped with an LCD display, which allows you to set the cooking time, modes and temperature. You can also choose from one of the 25 preset recipes. The 900W steamer creates a fine steam at 130°C, guaranteeing even heating and cooking up to 30% faster than conventional electric steamers.
