Who can join the Alza for Business program?
Any customer who has a Company ID number in their Alza.at registration.
Is the GOLD price list activated automatically?
Yes. If you provide your UID or tax number during registration, the GOLD price list will be automatically activated for 3 months.
How do I know that my Alza for Business program is active?
If you have a Company ID number filled in your account settings, it means that you are a registered user of the Alza for Business program and can take advantage of all its benefits.
How do I enter Alza for Business?
Please create an account, enter your company details, and send us an e-mail at [email protected] so we can verify your business registration.
Can schools or government organisations use your Alza for Business program?

When is my order invoiced?
Orders are invoiced upon completion. For in-stock items at a branch, invoicing occurs at the time of pickup.
How are the price tiers calculated?
Pricing is based on your total purchases from Alza over a rolling 12-month period. For example, if you bought goods worth €12,000 (excluding VAT) between January 15, 2024, and January 15, 2025, you qualify for the SILVER price list. All invoices linked to your Alza ID number contribute to your total purchase volume, while credits, returns (and uncollected items) are deducted.
Do you really offer a two-year warranty for corporate purchases?
Yes, we now offer this benefit to companies and entrepreneurs for free, i.e. a warranty of 2 years (or more) on all products (excluding products intended for rapid consumption). You can find specific information on the product details page or here.
Can I get a better price list even if I don't meet the turnover requirement?
Yes, sometimes we offer discounted price lists to business customers even if they don't meet the turnover requirement. We inform customers of such changes via e-mail, so we recommend setting up consent for receiving news and promotional offers.
Can I register multiple company accounts with the same e-mail?
No, each registration must use a unique e-mail address. However, you can easily switch between your accounts when needed.
Can I edit my company details after registration?
Yes, but we advise against changing your Company ID. Doing so may result in losing your business benefits, promotions, and other program perks. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected].
