AlzaCafé Single Origin Brazil is a 100% Arabica with a distinctive aroma and a pleasant flavour profile combining notes of nuts, chocolate and honey. The beans come from the region around the Brazilian port of Santos, where coffee trees are grown at altitudes of approximately 800–1,350m. The coffee is ideal for preparing espresso in both manual and automatic coffee machines, but also stands out in a moka pot or French press. The medium roasting process takes place in the Czech Republic, which shortens the journey from the roastery to the customer and helps to preserve freshness, taste and aroma.

Roasted in the Czech Republic
After harvesting, the coffee beans are processed using the washed method, which contributes to a cleaner flavour profile and allows their natural notes to truly stand out. Roasting takes place directly in the Czech Republic, which means AlzaCafé reaches customers much sooner after roasting, perfectly preserving its freshness, flavour, and aroma. A medium roast level highlights the natural character of the beans while developing a full-bodied flavour without overpowering the typical tasting notes.
Fresh down to the very last bean
We recommend opening the coffee just before preparation and carefully resealing the packaging after each use with the practical zip lock. The three-layer design protects the beans from air exposure, while the one-way valve allows carbon dioxide, naturally released from the coffee after roasting, to escape. To preserve the flavour, aroma, and freshness, store the coffee in a dry place with a constant temperature. Avoid storing it in the fridge or freezer, where it could absorb moisture and surrounding odours.
