Berndorf Sandrik knife set in block 6pcs
Berndorf Sandrik knife set in block 6pcs
The Berndorf Sandrik knife set in a block of 6 pieces has been a guarantee of quality for more than 120 years. The knives of the Profi-Line series are made of a single piece of X50CrMoV15 stainless steel with a hardness of HRC55+/-2, which is highly resistant to damage from scratches or rust . The steel is made of carbon steel with a hardness of HRC 60+/-2. The cutting edge of the blade is ground into a wedge, which achieves extra sharpness of the blade. The handle with a back guard prevents the knife from slipping off your hands and protects against injury. The wooden block allows for practical storage right in the kitchen. The knives can be washed in the dishwasher, but we still recommend gentle hand washing.
