I purchased a monitor for HW calibration. I returned the monitor within the legal time limit, even within 24 hours, unpacked and without any damage with the reasoning that the description does not match the specification.Alza.cz charged 5 997, - per quote: "Intangible product Service 1
Administrative fee - partial
consumption / damage / loss of warranty"
I personally took the monitor to the Pankrác branch, where I handed it over packed with all accessories in the box and trusting that there could not be any problem. On the part of alza.cz there was no proof of any declared wear, for example by photographs, and only a credit note was received stating "indentations on the back cover in the place where the base leg is placed", which of course I know nothing about and probably do not exist. I was shocked at this dealer's behaviour, I am dealing with it so far with no result.
Monitor probably good, but not suitable for Mac OS users.
HW Calibration for PC only does not support Mac OS. Nowhere is it stated that the calibration software is PC only.
Attention to the seller ALZA.CZ unjustifiably charged 5 997, - when returning the goods within the statutory period.
