I am jumping to this monitor after 15 years of using one 27" flat panel monitor and the jump is noticeable. When you first start up the automatic JAS starts hitting your eyes, some here say it can't be turned off, but don't be discouraged It can be turned off, but it doesn't stop there I had HDR turned on everywhere and it makes the picture darker so I then found out that it's better to turn it off where you can and after that the colors will brighten up beautifully. The monitor draws you into the action well thanks to the large curvature. This was also my goal as I use it mostly for gaming and watching movies. I am satisfied for the money.
