As it's a commercial monitor, it's an IPS panel, but the colour order seems to be BGR according to comments on the internet, which probably causes the strange rendering of red and similar text. Setting antialiasign on ubuntu didn't help. Input lag is borderline usable to a PC, however the size is perfect.
