The picture is nice, but that's probably noticeable with the acquisition of any new TV.
The sound is such a standard - not much. I solved it by getting a soundbar, which I had to buy anyway, because I overlooked that the TV didn't have a headphone output and so I couldn't connect my existing setup (my mistake, you pay for stupidity).
As for the controller, it's a nice change, but anyone with kids should keep an eye on it: -)
So far I only have a problem with tuning in some stations, with others tuned in sporadically for a few seconds it interferes with the picture/sound, sometimes it drops out completely and after a while it comes right back on. The cable is relatively new, when moving the cable in the connector the picture either goes/doesn't go or it fucks up. I still plan to try elsewhere and another cable, then only complaint.
For the money it's a fine choice, the workmanship seems good

The TV was bought for an elderly person. We did the initial setup ourselves and further control was no problem for her. We already have five Samsung TVs in the family and therefore the choice fell again on Samsung. As for the driver, it's just a matter of habit. Thanks to bluetooth, it can be controlled in any position and the buttons can be selected by memory.

First of all, the TV was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the detailed processing. The picture itself for me has no fault in this price range and the sound is totally fine too. Unfortunately, I also found a few naughty things here. The first problem I have encountered is the stands, which are now two and quite far apart (our original TV had one in the middle) and their spacing is therefore greater than the table I needed to put the TV on. so I was forced to buy an extra bracket and hang the TV on the wall, which I really didn't want to do. Another snag was the software, which even I as a more technically savvy individual had a serious problem navigating - especially if you are going to get an internet TV up and running, prepare for a really horrible experience because everything here is really very unintuitive and cluttered with tons of unwanted programs. lastly, the driver was a big disappointment, which is kind of "simplified", i.e. it has almost no buttons. I bought the TV for my elderly mother, who is used to simply pressing the programme number on the remote control. Now, when the poor guy wants to enter a program number, he has to click through about four different menus (often accidentally clicking somewhere else along the way and then not knowing how to get out). She's really unhappy about it.
