A quick glance shows that the candle is not waterproof (certainly from the bottom) - it must not be standing in water (the switch and the bottom of the batteries would be standing in water), even though it does not leak from above = it belongs in a box where it does not rain on the candle, but mainly it does not leak into it.
To full satisfaction, the light sensor is missing, which would turn off the LED in case of daylight. However, the question is what would be the cost of this regulation system; it's possible that it's the same as the light itself. so maybe shining it on all the time isn't such a problem. at least it can be preferably placed in lanterns with milky or otherwise opaque glass or in a columbarium, where there is generally less light (where it would probably be lit all the time anyway).
