It does not support the smart controller. Why on earth? This is probably the worst minus, I was used to it with my previous LG tv.
It will load a 16TB flash drive (great), however it cannot play certain types of files (typically. mkv a. mp4, although it will play some, so apparently it can't handle certain codecs), which my previous LG 2019 model TV played just fine.
