Since I own a Sony TV myself (this one was purchased for another person), it wasn't that hard for me to navigate the menu, although not exactly easy either, because compared to the 7 years older model, the menu here is less intuitive. As in the previous one, there is a lot of ballast that would not be a problem to install if necessary. I mean, Prime Video, Netflix. Still, overall satisfaction. Mj. used with the O2 TV app, where the reliability is much higher (100% so far) than with the O2 SetTopBox itself. There were often freezes, which had to be followed by a reboot by disconnecting from the power supply. It was neither the source nor the modem (tried replacing it). But the box, which O2 says is fine. Some might argue that black is not quite black. It's not really like a plasma or OLED, but it's nothing that bothers me. It's not interfering. The blacks on this LCD are definitely blacker than the lecker LCD competition.
