Overall satisfaction so far. I was choosing a TV to replace a 10 year old Sharp TV. There were 2 requirements, a diagonal under 50" and a stand so that the TV could be placed on an 85cm wide table. Thanks to foreign reviews I ended up with this one, which should be identical to the C845 series only with lower brightness. I was a little worried about the processing, but unnecessarily so. The stand is plastic only on the outside and inside it is metal and stable. I have nothing against the processing of the television itself. The picture is great. The colors, black display and picture clarity cannot be compared to the previous TV. Probably not quite OLED level for some, but this TV costs less, sometimes a fraction, and doesn't suffer from burn-in. What I would criticize is the Czech localization, sometimes in the menu you can find words from different Slavic languages. I tried updating and it didn't offer me any, so hopefully someone will work on it. The +3 year warranty seems a bit questionable to me considering it's handled by a company where its foreign branch only has 1.2/5 stars and 32 reviews.

I have a love hate relationship with TCL. On the one hand, no other TV brand will offer you a TV with these specs at this price, on the other hand TCL suffers, like other Chinese brands, from a lack of quality control. The first piece had a 3cm black filament inside the display, the second piece occasionally does a minor flicker at 144Hz. However, it could also be the cable, but the first piece didn't do the same thing. The visuals are great, especially for PC gaming, you just have to play around with it a lot to get the text and colours to your liking. The system is fast and responsive, the interface is intuitive.
